Refund Policy

We hope that you will not need to cancel your conference registration.
Conference refunds will be given based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • More than two weeks prior to event – full refund.
  • After the commencement of the conference – No refund will be given, but we will hold a credit for you in the event that you will be able to take a future conference.

Membership Payment Refunds

  • If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your AFBE membership, just request a refund within 7 days and a full repayment will be made
  • Should a member wish to cancel their membership after 7 days, they may do so, provided that the payment for the membership has already been processed and received by us. Refunds will be calculated on a daily basis until the expiry date of the membership. For example if a member signed up on July 9 2008 their annual membership would expire on July 8 2009. If that member decided to cancel their membership before July 16 2008 a full refund would be given. If that member notify is that they wish to cancel their membership on September 15 2008 they would receive a refund equal to the number of days from September 15 2008 to July 8 2009.
